ErkNova Technology was founded on a simple but powerful belief:
great engineering starts with understanding the reality of production.
Our story begins on the shop floor.
Before titles, leadership roles, or large-scale projects, our founder’s journey started as a CNC operator, gaining first-hand experience in automotive manufacturing, quality discipline, and the real constraints of production environments. This hands-on foundation shaped a deep respect for manufacturability, process stability, and execution excellence principles that continue to define ErkNova today.
Over the years, this journey evolved through R&D, engineering, quality, and manufacturing leadership roles, covering the full product and process lifecycle—from early concept development and industrialization to serial production and continuous improvement. Working within high-volume, high-complexity industrial environments enabled the development of strong capabilities in automation, CAPEX execution, testing systems, and manufacturing optimization.
ErkNova Technology was established to bring this end-to-end engineering mindset to customers who need more than design support—customers who need production-ready, scalable, and reliable solutions.
